The Denver Coliseum makes every effort to offer a wonderful experience to all guests. For information regarding accessibility features, policies and recommendations for your visit to the Denver Coliseum, please see below.
Accessible Parking is available in the designated parking lot located directly south of the main entrance for up to 20 vehicles. 19 additional parking spaces are available at the southwest corner of the Coliseum near the main parking lot. Vehicles must display the proper identification, placard or license plate. The main entrance is located on the same level as the inside walkway, so the main entrance is best suited for wheelchair access.
All restroom facilities and drinking fountains are wheelchair accessible.
Accessible Seating is available in Sections 101, 102, 109, 111, 118, 126, 128 and 134. You may purchase (1) accessible seat and up to (3) companion seats for a total of (4) seats if they are still available. When purchasing tickets at the box office, please ask the ticket seller for accessible seating at the time of purchase. If you are purchasing tickets online, please select accessible seating at the time of purchase. Floor seating is available for some concert events.
Deaf/Hard of Hearing: ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter requests should be submitted no later than 7 days prior to your ticketed event date. Assistive Listening Devices are also available on site upon request. Neck loop accessories can be used with hearing aids containing a t-coil switch or by use of an auxiliary input with the use of your own headphones.
Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are permitted at the Denver Coliseum. Emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs are not service animals under the ADA Guidelines and are not permitted in the venue. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include rearranging seating or removal of the service animal from the venue.
If you require assistance during your visit, would like to request an ASL Interpreter, an Assistive Listening Device or have any additional questions, please contact Rachel Bergen at [email protected] or (720) 865-2464.
